Biography

Alice Christine Walker is a Portland-based multidisciplinary artist working across installation, land art, and immersive performance. Her conceptually rigorous practice examines inheritednarratives and systems of value. With a degree in human development, she approaches art as anintervention, creating structures where grief, generational hardship, and invisible disability cansurface collectively. As a queer artist living with invisible disability, Walker’s work is shaped byembodiment and resilience. She treats imperfection as both subject and method, buildingenvironments that hold contradiction, invite reflection, and prioritize shared meaning overspectacle.
